Mango Honey Butter Massage

Kinesio Taping
Kinesio Taping is totally different than traditional sports taping methods, as it is stretchy and therefore allows for movement and actually reduces swelling without the need for compression. It alleviates pain and promotes lymphatic drainage by structurally lifting the skin from the muscle, as a result, pressure and irritation is taken off the sensory nerve receptors reducing pain while the lymphatic system is opened, allowing it to drain more freely. Used by professional and Olympic athletes worldwide.
A 10 minute taping session can be added to any therapeutic massage for the cost of the tape.
